Cressi's Calibro mask forms part of their ever popular freediving mask range and features Cressi's next generation IDF-INTEGRATED DUAL FRAME TECHNOLOGY offering exceptional field of view and comfort. The Calibro mask is designed to ensure the frame is optimised for superior hydrodynamics enhanced by its compact shape and extremely low volume, the key ingredients to producing a quality freediving mask to help conserve energy.
Cressi's Calibro combines minimal internal volume with a phenomenal field of view due to the raked angle of the frame. The buckles are, as always, directly integrated into the rigid skirt through a solid but flexible rubber attachment for easy adjustment. The matte silicone finish of the skirt reduces any water reflections. Due to the quality materials used throughout the construction of the mask and due to its lightweight components the freediver can enjoy total freedom and comfort.
The Calibro also features Cressi's FOG STOP System a patented membrane surrounding the inner nose pocket acting as a barrier and traps any moisture escaping from the diver's nose involuntarily when breathing through the mouth. Exhaled air/moisture is channelled away from the lenses to avoid potential fogging, this feature together with the low volume design also helps reduce the need to equalise as often so helping to conserve energy.
Cressi's Corsica snorkel appears to be a no frills snorkelling tube yet highly technical to provide superior performance for freediving use. The soft bendable large diameter tube ensures the snorkel can be properly and comfortably positioned at the right angle for breathing on the surface while the mouthpiece area seems to tuck under the chin while freediving for improved hydrodynamics. The anatomical hypoallergenic silicone mouthpiece provides extreme comfort.
