Girls' Pinafore Dress in Two Lengths or Dress and Blouse:

Pinafore dress or dress with lined high-line bodice has lowered neckline and back zipper. View 1, 2 and 4 have frills. View 2 and 4 have trim. View 3 has bias front bodice and patch pockets. Blouse with stand collar has back zipper, long sleeves gathered into slightly cut-in armholes have elastic thru wrist casing and optional trim.

Pattern is cut and checked complete EXCEPT for piece "D" (pocket V 3), which is missing. The head of sleeve piece "M" has several cuts in it from previous owner, but original contour is still maintained. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
